Allan B. Anderson
If it trots, walks, swims, flies, or slithers, Allan B. Anderson is a fan. His lifelong love of animals led to his specializing in animal biology and behavior for his second degree. His first was in Fine Arts, with a background in photography, graphic design, and of course creative writing. This potent mix of scientific knowledge and artistic flourish helped create the settings and themes in his very first novel The Last Chronicle of Azurden: A Deal in the Darkness.
Allan lives in Maryland with his family, helping run a small farm. Being an eagle scout, he enjoys hiking and camping, but also likes computer gaming, model collecting, playing the piano, and spending time with his dogs – his favorite animal, which he hopes the other critters don’t figure out.
His first published work “The Trouble with Dragons” debuted in A Forest of Dreams, (Indie Author’s Press, 2014) and was soon followed up with three short drabbles in Spooky Halloween Drabbles2014, (Indie Author’s Press 2014) a month later. The Last Chronicle of Azurden: A Deal in the Darkness, is his first full length novel.
